I made a trip out to the pyramids today. Camels are just so ugly, they're cute, don't you think?

We took the group to the market today. This little guy was waving at us as we waited down below.

clinics

The medical group this week is doing a great job. Today was spent checking in on some kids in an orphanage across town.

mokhi kosheri

This is koshery, an awesome local dish that is unique to this country. There's a phrase in Arabic, "mokhi koshery" which means "my head is koshery"--all mixed up. This is what my brain feels like today after lots of translating in Arabic.
